Field Technician
Join our field operations team as a dewatering technician. You will install, operate, and maintain dewatering systems on active construction sites throughout Michigan and the Midwest.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Willingness to travel to project sites
- Construction or mechanical experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Install and operate wellpoint and deep well dewatering systems
- Monitor pump performance and make adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance on pumps and generators
- Maintain accurate field logs and documentation
- Communicate with project managers and site supervisors
Pump Operator
Operate and maintain high-capacity pumping systems for construction dewatering projects. This role requires mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot pump and generator issues in the field.
Requirements
- Experience operating pumps or heavy equipment
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- CDL preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Operate submersible and centrifugal pumps
- Monitor and adjust pump performance
- Perform preventive maintenance

Project Manager
Lead dewatering projects from pre-bid through completion. You will manage client relationships, coordinate field operations, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction or dewatering experience
- Strong project management skills

- Proficiency with project management software
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred

Construction Laborer

Requirements
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
